ABOUT

BULLDOG GRAPHICS

Kim Woods, Bulldog Graphics, LLC

Bulldog Graphics is actually a one (two)-dog show. So I’ll stop using the word “we”. It’s just me… Kim Woods. Why is this a good thing for you? Because when you call – I answer. When you send an email – I respond. When you need a job done – I do the work. There are no go-betweens or middle-men. You’ll be communicating directly with the person who will do the job.

You could use a huge design firm or ad agency… but then you would be leaving a voice mail for your account manager, who would relay your message to the art director, who would relay your message to the intern that does the work, who wouldn’t really understand what you wanted but would send the job to you for review anyway, and then you would have to leave another message… O-Kay, you get the point. Let’s save you some time and hassle. (After all, you pay a designer for their time.) I think this way is better. Just call me!

SATISFACTION

GUARANTEE

With the exception of this web site, Bulldog Graphics doesn’t do any formal advertising. I rely on satisfied customers to pass my name along to others who may need my services. Therefore, it’s in my best interest to make sure that my clients are completely happy with the work I do for them. If my customers aren’t happy, it’s my name on the line. I can personally guarantee that you will be completely satisfied with the work I do for you, too.

If you’re not happy, and I can’t resolve the problem, don’t pay the bill. Period.

This is a genuine effort to ensure that my customers stay happy. Now, if you’re an unethical, freddie-freeloader who’s looking to take advantage of a small business person, then please go away.
